Spiritual support for tours that don’t have a dedicated tour pastor

Not every artist or team can travel with a full-time pastor. Tour Church offers a clear and practical approach to spiritual support on the road—built to work in real touring life.

A GOOD TOUR PASTOR IS PRICELESS, BUT NOT EVERY TOUR HAS ONE.

A healthy tour pastor can be a tremendous gift to a team. We are grateful for those who serve artists and crews with faithful presence, wisdom, and care on the road. Tour Church is not here to replace that role.

We exist for the many tours that do not have a dedicated pastor traveling with them—but still want meaningful spiritual support on the road. Some tours are too large and complex to stop for one traditional church gathering. Others are too small to afford bringing a full-time pastor on the road.

Either way, the need is still real. Teams still need spiritual support.

The TOUR CHURCH APPROACH

Tour Church offers another approach

We don’t carry all the spiritual leadership for the tour—we help create space for your team to engage, grow, and care for one another spiritually.

Rather than depending on one full-time pastor to carry the spiritual leadership for the tour, Tour Church helps create a culture of shared spiritual support on the road.

This is not about adding a heavy program. It is about helping your people stay connected to God and intentional with each other in a way that works in real touring life.

How Tour Church works

We provide guided tools, simple rhythms, consistent encouragement, and real access—so your team is not left trying to figure it out alone. We don’t carry all the spiritual leadership for the tour—we help create space for your team to engage, grow, and care for one another spiritually.

Guided journals and rhythms

Our guided journals provide a clear framework that helps make spiritual growth on the road more practical and consistent.

Ongoing encouragement and access to your Tour Pastor

We stay connected throughout the tour through texts, videos, and personal access—so your team knows they’re supported along the way.

Shared spiritual care

Tour Church helps create space for smaller group conversations, personal reflection, and mutual encouragement—not just one centralized church service. Our goal is to help your team build a stronger culture of spiritual encouragement and care.

Tour Church Is

  • A practical option for tours without a dedicated pastor.
  • Guided spiritual support for real road life.
  • A model built around rhythms, encouragement, and access.
  • A way to help teams care for one another spiritually.

Who Tour Church Serves

  • Artists/bands who want stronger spiritual rhythms on tour.
  • Larger tours that need a more flexible small-group approach.
  • Smaller tours that can pause and gather together.
  • Teams who want support that feels personal.
  • Those without an official tour pastor

Why It Helps

Tour Church works because it does not depend on adding a full-time salary, an extra bunk, or one gathering that everyone must attend.

Instead, it gives your team a practical and relational way to stay encouraged, stay connected, and keep moving toward spiritual health while life on the road keeps moving.

Tour Church costs are built around each tour

Because every tour is different, Tour Church is priced per tour—not by a fixed monthly fee.

Team size, tour length, and road visits all help shape the quote. Official partnerships typically include ongoing support throughout the tour and at least one on-road visit, with two visits preferred when possible. Travel costs for on-road visits (flights, hotel, rental car, gas) are covered by the tour. These variables impact cost.

If your team is interested, we’d be honored to learn more about your run and provide a partnership quote.
Don’t let budget keep you from reaching out. Our main goal is helping your team stay healthy on the road.

This isn’t just a program—it’s real people walking with your team while you’re on the road.

The benefits of Tour Church.

You’ll have access to your Tour Pastor throughout the tour. Any team member who desires encouragement can receive it through text, and everyone is welcome to reach out at any time.

A dedicated prayer team will be covering you throughout your tour. Team members can submit anonymous prayer requests or reach out virtually for personal prayer support.

We’ve created a journal to support you throughout the tour. It includes QR codes linking to weekly biblical messages from artists and others in the tour community.
The journal also provides a simple structure for your team to gather once a week for worship—whenever it works best for your schedule.

Tour Church Requirements

Below are the only requirements to be a Tour Church Partner.

Schedule a short planning call with the artist and/or manager, and Tour Church to align vision and expectations. We want to understand your vision, your pace, your people, and how we can best serve your team. This 20–30 minute call lays the foundation for a meaningful and tailored partnership.

Appoint someone on your team to be our main contact throughout the tour. Having one go-to person (TM, TM assistant, or even a band member) helps us stay organized and respectful of your schedule. This person can help coordinate journal delivery, visit timing, and anything else TourChurch-related.

Provide two comp tickets and access to catering for our in-person stop-ins during the tour. To serve your team in person—whether it’s leading prayer, providing an in person devo, or just showing up and being a quiet support—we’d love to show up when we can. Our Goal is to show up twice per tour. Having access backstage helps us stay out of the way, while still being available and present where needed.

Every person on the tour should be provide a Tour Church Journal. The TourChurch Journal is your on-the-road companion—designed to keep your team spiritually engaged and encouraged without the need for a full-time tour pastor. It offers structure, daily reflection, and simple rhythms rooted in God’s Word and community. Each entry is short, relevant, and tailored to the realities of tour life—so it’s doable, not draining. Equipping your whole team with journals makes the experience tangible and unifying.
