Join the Tour Church Community

Our capacity is limited because we take the responsibility of encouraging your band and crew seriously. So, the greatest requirement is buy-in. We want to reserve our energy for those who wish to  keep their team encouraged spiritually, physically, and relationally (especially back home). If that reflects your desire. We want you to know that we are excited to walk with you, to support you, and to be part of your tour.

Our role as your tour church team is contingent on the buy-in from your tour manager or artist. If you are a crew member or band member seeking spiritual encouragement, we are here to support you. However, without the buy-in from your tour leaders, we cannot fully serve as your tour church.

To serve you well, we will visit 1 to 2 times per tour, depending on the length of the tour and Bobby's availability. Your team must provide two all-access complimentary tickets and catering for the event. We will coordinate with your tour manager to ensure our visit is timely and supportive.

To prepare for a great tour and ensure you have our best support, we need one meeting (virtual or in person) with the tour manager or whoever will be responsible for announcing our offerings to your team.

We want to make spiritual encouragement accessible to every band, large and small, regardless of financial ability. Therefore, we do not charge for providing this for your team. Your support is appreciated but not required.  

*The only exceptions are the cost of a tour church journal for each member (which we provide at cost) and the cost of attending the weekend  events (attendance is optional).

At the the conclusion of each tour, we ask that your tour manager (or appropriate person) complete a brief 5 question survey to help us evaluate and improve tour church for your band. In addition we ask that your artist provide a video plug for Tour Church and the experience your tour had. - That's it.
